...But while trading Howard to a team in their own building seems unthinkable, the Lakers are not likely to get a better trade package elsewhere than say, Blake Griffin and Eric Bledsoe.

Really don't care for superstars pairing up to form "super teams", but it is becoming the norm. I'm a huge LBJ fan and hated the Miami decision. I said when it happened that I would rather see him win 1 title in Cleveland than 10 in Miami

I'll be very suprised if Howard doesn't end up in Houston next season. All signs point to that being the case, his friendship with Harden, he wants to play for McHale, and the media market.
It's a pipe dream to think that the rockets could land both. Lin has a big contract, Asik is due a large amount of money, Parsons will get paid next season, Harden's contract is backloaded like a mother.
If they both end up in Dallas, I may throw up.

It says alot when my favorite team is in The Finals and all I can think of at the moment is that I've never wanted to see a player fail and be outed as a fraud and fake more than Howard
