I read that Deichmann was recently chosen to attend the Perfect Game National Showcase, a chance for the top recruits in the country to be evaluated by MLB scouts.
With this latest development, what are his chances of actually making it to campus? Being a Nola kid does anyone have any insider info?

I'm going to post some notes from the event about the commitments, but it just started yesterday so I'll probably wait until it is over. I know I saw a comment about Deichmann hitting a 400 foot double off the wall in center today.
His attendance doesn't mean anything one way or the other. We have commitments there every year. Some come to school, some don't.

A positive is catholic league kids usually make it to campus. There have been 2-3 over the last 20 years that have not
