For me, its more about his price than his age. Hes smart enough defensively and off the ball that he can compensate as he ages.
If they believe in Gordon and think they can get Iggy for ~$10-12mil per, im on board. That team is in the playoffs this season and a contender going forward if Davis continues to improve they we think he will.
If they doubt Gordon, I dont think it makes that much sense to bring Iggy on board.

Speaking of PelicansReport, have you guys seen the ''New Uni's-Where they at?'' thread?
Some guy claims he talked to his season ticket rep and she said the uniforms were mainly blue and gold.

I 100% agree with this. If Gordon is healthy, which I assume the team believes he will be. We need to make the moves to be a playoff team this season. If that means going after a wing like Iggy or a big like Pek, Big Al or Bynum then so be it.

what am i missing about this player. there's no way in hell this convo should be this long about a 29yo 6-6/205 fd due to make $16mil. not for the pels cap & roster situation.
