Yep.
It's ridiculous to think anymore that if LSU loses out on a prospect that they can't find one just as good.
I've come to realize there's not THAT much difference in talent between alot of these 4 and 5 stars. Sure, they look fine in their high school video highlights, but once they get to campus, it's a completely different story. There are learning curves, putting on weight, etc etc. There's no ONE recruit that will factor in LSU's W/L record on a yearly basis. Especially when the depth chart is pretty deep.
Just a stance I'm going to keep. It's ridiculous to get so worked up over an in-state kid anymore when LSU has proven they can go out and hand pick anyone else. If LSU were at a level of, let's say.....a UNC or a Oregon St. where landing a big time recruit does matter because they're rare, i can see the arguments.
But LSU is at a point now where they can recruit anywhere in the country and land big time prospects.
Much repeck to you Egg, but I just don't agree with the stance.
