grilled chicken sauces other than BBQ

A balsamic vinegar reduction is all you need. You can even throw some rosemary in it while is thickening up.

Teriyaki is a personal favorite. Mongolian chicken is also delicious.

Stick of butter, Worcestershire, minced garlic( the more the better), a squeezed fresh lemon, and creole seasoning. Cook with lemon rinds in pot. Can't be beat.

Get a jar of pepper jelly and brush it on the chicken while grilling, as you would bbq sauce. Pretty good stuff.

Mine is something like this except I don't use traditional Worcestershire, but rather the Lea and Perrins white wine version. Also add green onions to the pot

Jerk Chicken is a family favorite around here... I marinate in a store-bought sauce and then put on a rub I make.
