Not as good as Oscar, Willian, Shurrle, Hazard, or Ramires. You bitch about midfielders who can't score and then bring up Moura? the dude dribbles well but couldn't finish with a $5 whore.

Haha, I haven't seen him play enough to know all that. Just that he looked good on the ball and dangerous a couple of times when he played against us. At this point I just want anybody in the midfield besides what we have (aside from Hazard of course).

The hate on Oscar has been a little over the top. I haven't seen a 2 week period since the first time I've heard his name where he had any sort of a break. He was probably exhausted at the end of this season. Find me another player who's played as many matches as Oscar in the last 3 years.

First of all he's like 21, is it even possible to get tired at 21?

Second of all your argument may have had merit back in the fall when he was playing every game but Jose gave him tons of rest and he still sucked for the last 6-7 months of the season.

Here's an article on how Atletico set up their side so you guys can get an understanding of how Costa will potentially fit into your side. He'll be a striker who will do all the dirty work for you, which Mourinho will value quite a bit.

Tell me with a straight face that Courtois is better than Cech right now and will be better next year.

In my opinion, Courtois is the better of the two right now. Cech struggled a bit near the end of the season, notably in the 1st leg against PSG, while I haven't seen Courtois make many mistakes, if any at all.

Just my opinion.

That was the worst match I have seen him play in years.

Yea I don't recall too many Cech struggles outside of that one game but I haven't watched Courtois nearly enough to have a valid opinion of him. I know he was outstanding in the two legs against us though.

I'd love for one more year of Cech with it known it would be his last so he can get a proper send off. Not go out dislocating his shoulder after getting plundered over thanks to clumsy Luiz.

60m for Hazard, should we take it? What if they made 100 for he and Luiz?

No Cavani, no deal.

Not a selling club.

wouldnt mind seeing verratti/lavezzi being involved in that deal.

i think young marco could really shine under Jose. id love to see a midfield with Matic holding and verratti roaming, assuming he hasnt hit his ceiling.

The thing is, Thibaut already loves Atléti and they are currently a better team than Chelsea. I fear that he won't want to leave them, especially if they win the CL.

No. Another year he's gonna go up 15m. His potential is top 5 players in the EPL. We don't want to see Hazard go.

Yeah, I agree on Cavani needing to be thrown in. However, I don't want Hazard gone. I'd rather keep Hazard and go somewhere else for a striker than lose Hazard as part of the deal.

Exactly. We don't just sell our best players just because. We sell them because they don't fit. I don't think Jose would have sold Mata to Man U if he knew they'd sack Moyes this season. He never feared Mata under Moyes. Van Gaal will love that little spaniard.

From what I am reading and hearing, Thibaut is coming back to Chelsea.

Cavani? Gross. I don't want to sell him either but if we do we better not take Cavani's sorry arse as part of a deal. We might as well just bend over and let them ram their dongs in us over and over.

Who would you rather have at striker than Cavani? A reasonable choice please.

I would rather mold Hazard into a goal scoring winger that is as effective as a striker than trade him and get Cavani.

He shows flashes but then goes on long dry spells. His last league goal in open play was back in like February.

That said, it's because he is our only threat and everyone knows it so anytime he gets the ball there are three guys around him. Hopefully when we upgrade the attack with a real #10 and a striker to take some pressure off of him he will really start to shine.
