Buddy built the octagon type on his place in an area they were tearing up. They were in it in no time. I want to say they had captured close to 70 out of that trap last season. Baited it again during turkey season and had some in it within a couple days.

It's faster if its in a place they already come to and if they've never been trapped. Most of the hogs around here have seen a trap before so you gotta be more careful. And we have to try and make our traps look different. Hogs are extremely smart and can educate other hogs. What makes it tough here is that people will trap them and relocate them here to hunt. We'll now they're educated.
