I can't even remember the last time I went to an arena show. 55 freakin thousand people. This is insane.

It was amazing. Martina and Miranda were both great. Martina and George covered "Jackson" together, which was awesome. "I Saw God Today" gave me chills. Unbelievable.
This was billed as his farewell tour but he definitely said he was touring again next year. My friend and I thought we heard him wrong but everyone else in our section heard him say the exact same thing. If so, great!
Also, Rick Perry has officially declared May 18 "George Strait Day". Rad.

It has always been planned as a two year farewell tour since he doesn't do that many stops per year.
I was never a big fan of Martina until I saw her with George last year. She can belt out a song.

I am truly jealous. Probably the only Country act I'd be willing to see at this point.
