Miles wouldn't have pulled Nola after the 7th. He plays for keeps

Yeah since Muschamp has taken over, but even them occassionally have blown out a weaker SEC team when they should. And Richt of course has his shortcomings, but is always good for the occassional blowout of a lesser SEC team. You guys can make all the excuses you want. You no damn well LSU's offense under Miles ain't blowin nobody out, they will win the game, but it will be closer than it should be. But hopefully that's fixin to change.
Did you miss the entire 2011 season?

If you wanna keep using what I said about the other teams then go right ahead. But you wanna ignore what I said about Miles because you feel like I'm dumping on Miles and your lil feelings are hurt. Other people know what I'm talkin about when I say LSU should blow away these lesser SEC teams, but struggle with them. They win sure, but the game is always closer than it should be and if you wanna blame that on playin down to the level of the competition that still has to do with coaching.

Remove them from Nicky's pockets and I'll think about it.
Every team occasionally plays down to their opponents.
Every fan knows our offense has been the weak link.
Thanks for giving us that valuable info. We'll call CLM and let him know what the problem is. Maybe he'll hire a new OC...

I can't be the only one who stopped watching that channel outside of LSU/Saints games down here
Your not. I don't even watch them for Saints games. I just put it on WDSU or whatever local channel is also showing the primetime game. Gets me from ever turning it to the NFL network too.

look I agree with you in terms of playing down to competition, but you also seem to single out LSU and Miles for doing so. Other teams every week during the season do the same thing, I'm not sure what your point is other than to blast miles and LSU for not being perfect every week considering no team is perfect every week.

What about Oregon in 2011 and wasn't A&M ranked in the top 10 in 2012? Don't those count?

frick Alabama. That just pissed me off looking at that.

Ahhh the usual throw out the stats BS. Stats do not tell the whole story. I'm just glad Mile's finally hired a OC end of this story. And 2011 is the exception. That season was more about the defense(honeybadger), special teams and all combined in those blowouts. And you might wanna pay attention a lil closer because I was talkin about SEC teams.

losing record vs top 10 teams over a 5 year span
Playing roughly the same number of top ten teams. LSU has played one more. Surprised me a little.

yep, me too. I would like to see a list of who (Bama & LSU) they played in the Top 10 doing that time span.

That's rich.
You said LSU was not blowing out anyone and I pointed out a number of blowouts most of which were SEC games.
Follow your own advice, pay closer attention before you post BS.

We can talk about schedules all we want, but this FACT remians the same. If we beat BAMA the last two times we played them, we WOULD have another BCS title and POSSIBLY/PROBABLY another. All the other stuff is conjecture, if they played this and we played that, things might have been this way. Beating the toughest team on either one of our schedules, which happens to be LSU, is why BAMA has back to back titles, not the softies they played. LET IT GO
