I'll say 11.
yeah probably so. I'd go further than that though, the KC, CAR (both games), GB, and second Falcons game were all within realistic reach.
Brees had his worst game ever vs. ATL yet the Saints only lost by 10 points. Kind of the same deal with the 49ers. They didn't exactly take it to us in that one either. Two killer interceptions for touchdowns was the difference in that one. That game we also had to start a guy (Robinson #68) who had barely played all season at right tackle.
MIGHT not even take that much, but that would be nice. I think the biggest key is shoring up that run defense so they aren't on the field as long.

You have to figure having a real HC is worth 1-2 wins.

Saints beat the Falcons both times this season. On the other hand I do not think the Buccaneers will be a given this season.

8-8
The defense is still a great concern. Hope I'm wrong but I just don't see Ryan and basically the same old guys doing a whole lot better than they have the last few years.

Spot on! Will take some time to learn this complicated defense!

Last year even with the horrid defense they had 2-3 games that they should have won. KC, the second Carolina game should have been wins and if there was no penalty on the made FG against GB they had a chance at a stop and a win. I think above 10 wins is very doable.

Place the Kool-Aid down fellas because u WILL be disappointed if not....
This team will be swept by Atlanta, split with Tampa & Carolina, lose to NE, Seattle, & if u think the worst defense in NFL history will beat San Fran.... Then "reality" has left your brain!!!
