I could have sworn the US government filed suit against Apple. I could definitely be wrong.

If that's not the case, I don't know how Congress is compelling apple execs to testify.

I believe he was asked to testify and not forced.

no they are saying that apple has broke no laws, but they want more money. which in return makes less money for the shareholders which in return spend less in our economy, or we can give the gov more moeny and they can waste it away on bs.
