To summarize, the main reasons why UNC is higher, decent difference in RPI, big difference in SOS, and big difference in MOV (5 of 8 losses by 1 run)

Lsu has lost by 28 compared to UNC 18 that's a little more than 1 more run per loss. Vandy has lost by 19 fwiw with one less loss than the other two
