The wife and I decided to grill for Mother's Day. The nice gentleman at WF really upsold me on the steak, but I couldn't have been more pleased. Ended up with a 1.62lb steak. The wife had an 8oz filet. At $30 it was a little pricey for one steak, but since we eat red meat so rarely it was well worth it.

Olive Oil, Salt, & Black Pepper.
