Yes to linkedin and he's been "verified" or whatever the hell that means (I just hear him talking). And I'm sorry but how fair is it to ask me to relocate when I have a very good job I'm happy with and established in? Not to mention our family... And it isn't the fact that he isn't getting a job, it's that he can't even get an INTERVIEW!

On the contrary...he's too nice if you ask me. He's not cocky yet he's very confident in his work. He does his due diligence in any project he's involved in...I'm not saying he's perfect and he likely needs to learn a few more things but he's willing to do so (even regarding certs). He just can't get an interview to present his qualifications in person.
