I never said it was. I said it was unlikely that she would do that if she later would revoke it.

Maybe it was for the arrest, maybe it wasn't. Like you said, it's all assumed.

We don't know.

For her to hand down more restrictions on an already active probation (that had it's own restrictions prior to her ruling) sounds more like this is what will stick, instead of revoking the whole works later. She didn't hand down more restrictions on a whim.

The guy didn't commit murder. Maybe the prosecutors will agree with the judge's decisions and respect it.

I agree. Ultimately it's a good day for Hill/LSU. It's highly, highly unlikely that his probation will be revoked at this point or at a later time merely due to a misdemeanor charge... assuming he walks the line with the new restrictions. Let's hope for LSU's sake that he's smart enough to do that.
