They can file a motion but the judge that will oversee the revocation hearing is the same judge that handed down the restrictions today.

They can file a motion all they want, doesn't mean the court will grant it.

Provided Hill follows the new conditions of his probation, I'd say this is probably close to being over.

I realize. But it's still something that remains to be adjudicated.

I hope so, but easier said than done. A star LSU RB avoiding bars, alcohol and being home by 6 P.M. for the next 8 months? Tough line to walk...
