I dont think they'll team up. At the beginning of last season they show Walt looking really skinny with hair, which leads me to believe his cancer is back. They also show him tearing his bacon and making numbers out of it (his birthday) like Skyler did in the past. As people have pointed out, each time Walt kills someone he takes on one of their characteristics which makes me think he kills skyler. I doubt he would team up with Hank and take on "the bad guys". That just isn't the way Walter White is going out.
