Walt's association with Todd and his criminal family is going to be his downfall. They're going to want a bunch more for what they did for Walt. Oh, and too bad Hank had to go take a dump.

I don't see Hank as having the upper hand, he's really in a pickle because he can't just bust Walt right now. Walt has been making regular visits to Hank's office, and everyone has seen him there having closed door meetings. Hank can't bust Walt because everyone in the department will think Hank knew about the whole thing. I mean he's been investigating this case for a log time and it's his brother-in-law. Hank will have a hard time explaining everything.
He also used drug money to pay for his hospital bills, so he may be seen as an accomplice just for that. Hank is in a very weird position.
