1. Remove from casing.
2. Mix with 1 lb. fresh ground chuck.
3. Form into 1/3 lb. patties.
4. Fire up grill.
5. Open a beer . . .

cook a chicken in a gravy, slice your andouille into rounds and throw it in the pot.
