Excellent choices.
Chinatown and L.A. Confidential are an interesting pairing, btw. "Old" L.A. noir separated by a couple of decades.

I would enjoy watching four of the five. Own Chinatown & L.A. Confidential. Saw The Killing for the first time recently and enjoyed it. The Trial sounds really good.
I saw Rosemary's Baby at a really young age. It still scares the Hell out of me. It kind of started the realistic horror movies of the 70's that resulted in Catholic priests sermonizing them and people to have heart attacks in theaters. No thanks!
