A pair of former Toledo Rockets have been invited to NFL rookie mini-camps. Safety Jermaine Robinson will report to the New Orleans Saints' mini-camp on May 3-5
Robinson, a 6-3, 188-pound native of Pittsburgh, PA, was a four-year starter for the Rockets at safety, earning first-team All-MAC honors as a senior. He had 229 tackles and eight interceptions in his career. He was co-leader in the MAC with four picks in 2012. If Robinson makes the Saints, he will join former Rocket wide receiver Lance Moore in New Orleans.

Former LSU placekicker Josh Jasper will try out with the New Orleans Saints next week at a four-day rookie mini-camp beginning May 9. Jasper is the most accurate placekicker in LSU history with an 83.9 success rate.

"I'm excited about trying out with them; I'm happier to be here than somewhere else," said Jasper, who made a school-record 28 of 34 field goals and led the Tigers with 120 points as a senior in 2010. "I've been training non-stop and keeping in shape waiting for this opportunity.

"I'm pretty sure they are bringing in a couple of other kickers. But I don't know who they are."

Is there a way the admins can give you access to maintenance the thread? I've been busy and haven't had the chance to do it. Or perhaps you can just copy the info from the OP with the new info and start another thread. I'd request this one to be deleted.
