I'm sure it will be indefinite suspension and will probably miss TCU game at minimum.
The legal issues are different as well and Les's hands will be tied. Les will act accordingly and if it warrants more like Mathieu so be it.

If some drunk dude baited JH into a fight, I hope the judge doesn't throw the book at this kid because the terms of his probation are "no criminal conduct."

The issue with things like this is it creates rifts among the team. If anyone thinks Jordan coming back to the team and playing had no impact on other's attitudes they are being naive. To think the entire rest of time team was fully on board and welcoming of his return seems very unlikely. Why should someone who has multiple off field issues see the field over someone he has waited their turn and has done everything they have been asked.

Examble: Hill vs. Blue or Hillard or Magee.
