Nice!!!
Start carrying that Sig and tell us how weird it feels at first. I thought everyone in the world knew I was armed when I first started.

I don't think so, but it's possible.
But that sign does not carry the weight of the law, in LA at least.

Walmart should be required by law as your first carry trip.
Plan on tugging and checking on the back of your shirt every 20 seconds

Do “No Gun Signs” Have the Force of Law?
“YES”
From the Louisiana DPS Concealed Handgun Unit Web Page.
The provisions of R.S. 40:1379.3 (N) shall not limit the right of a property owner, lessee, or other lawful
custodian to prohibit or restrict access of those persons possessing a concealed handgun pursuant to a permit
issued under this Section. No individual to whom a concealed handgun permit is issued may carry such
concealed handgun into the private residence of another without first receiving the consent of that person

I may be mistaken, but I thought I read that a sign is the law.
Let me clarify...
They carry the force of the law to a much lower degree than the statewide "gun-free zones" like a college campus. On a college campus, it would be an automatic felony, whereas for private property it would just be trespassing.
I'll be able to clear that up even more once I get my official stuff back from LSP to teach.

in mississippi once i take the enhanced carry class the "no firearms sign" means nothing. my enhanced permit trumps it, my cc permit doesnt

When you take that enhanced course, I think you'll find that you have been laboring under a misapprehension.
[85] § 97-37-7(2) states that, with a few exceptions, a person with the endorsement may carry weapons in “any location listed in subsection (13) of Section 45-9-101” which would include posted premises. While it is not a violation of the concealed weapons laws to carry in a posted premises it could exceed the scope of the license holder’s invitation if s/he knowingly entered the premises in violation of the owner’s instructions. The most appropriate charge would therefore be trespassing. See § 97-17-97 making such crime a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $500 fine and/or six months in the county jail.

Gotcha. Kind of. That didnt make a whole lot of sense to me but at the top is says in bold letters YES. I knew signs were law in school zones, post offices, federal buildings etc.
