i didnt read everything, but it's page 9 in this thread. Surely the recruiting angle has been discussed by now? Curtis can recruit players from outside their area(legally) and public schools can't. Not really the same.

Yes they can, they just have to get them to move into the district instead of get them to pay tuition.
