why are all the madrid players red in the face
Some should be red by embarrassment while others should be red for working their arse off while others were playing terrible.

Dayum, the last year or two I would have told you Barca and RM are the best two teams in the world... these last two days are insane.
ETA: any predictions of Spanish headlines tomorrow?

I don't think this will be the end of possession football, but we are seeing what happens when you combine excellent pressing a la tika taka with with direct passing and dribbling. The Germans were so efficient. Amazing.

Speaking of tika taka style, what was up with the pitch yesterday? Clear beautiful day but yet the middle part of the field was a slog fest. No EUFO/FIFA rules against this? Just wondering because it seems like EUFA/FIFA mandates all kinds of weird stuff so I figured they would mandate this too.
As an Angels fan I appreciate the gamesmanship. The Angels are known for grooming their foul lines to benefit their small ball style.

Yea should be awesome watching two teams when half of one wishes they were, and soon will be, playing for the other team.

I love the Randy Savage butthurt

What do I have to be butthurt about?
I loved watching barca get torn apart.
My favorite team just won the CL in the same stadium against the same team 11 months ago.
I don't like BVB or or Real (though just because of Jose I was rooting for them out of the 4 left).
I just think it's pathetic for a club like Dortmund to do what they are doing and can't believe the players would be doing this stuff during the season and right before a huge match.
Club and players come off very low class and may even lead me to pull for Bayern in the final.

Players are leaving to go to Bayern Munich, which you think is unclassy.
Because of this lack of class from BVB and its players you are going to root for Bayern?
Did I get that right?

You do know that it was Bayern who leaked the Gotze info, right? Just as they did when they signed Neur, which happened the day before Schalke played Man U in the Champions League semifinals years ago.

It's not "unclassy" to go to Bayern, it's unclassy for those players to go to Bayern. Especially at this time. As for the club, BVB doesn't deserve to win anything with their weak sellers mentality.
Posted on 4/24/13 at 5:13 pm to DEANintheYAY
Where did you see the Götze thing at? I've seen literally 3 or 4 people from both clubs say the exact opposite

You prove your ignorance yet again. Gotze's clause was met.
