I have the 6.2 in my F150 and its a blast. Its loud and fast. I know several people with the 6.2 in their F250s and they still enjoy it but are thinking twice about the 6.7 in the future. I dont know how I would feel about the 6.2 and F350.
All this said, the 6.2 creates more hp and tq than every single diesel did 15 years ago and does it more more efficiently. If you are opposed to diesel, the 6.2 will do just fine.
I would recommend a tune though. They detune and put a lot of restrictions on these motors and leave a lot on the table.

Sammich:
Good info.
I'm not necessarily opposed to diesel ...... I'm just oppsed to forking out an extra $7500 unless there's a significant benefit.
What about maintence, fuel additives, etc. on the new diesels ??
