Native Kayaks (ultimate,redfish, etc) look very nice. Very stable for standing, lots of room. Any opinions from owners?

You can stand in an Ultimate, Mariner or a Slayer. Manta Ray, Redfish, not so much. Manta Ray is super fast and very fishing friendly. Would never stand in it though.
