The NFL is impossible to project. Everyone thought Pete Carroll would flop, and he is kicking arse.

dude has no wife, no kids, and obsessively thinks about football and his offense specifically, every hour he is awake I'd imagine.

I think once he gets his personnel in place he will do quite well.

I actually think he can do very well. Their division is certainly winnable.

He won't fail.

If i had to guess, he'll run an up tempo version if what Seattle, San fran, and Carolina do, which is a traditional offense with some read option mixed in.

But his success is based on the tempo of his offense, not the option.

Despite their recent struggles, the eagles have talent.

I think he will succeed.

Why do so many people anxiously await someone's failure in sports? Wouldn't it be great if he succeeded?

He's got a relatively young powerful team to coach I think he'll do alright. Definitely better than what the eagles have been doing the last few years.

I think he'll do well. His system lends well to plug and play players.

How badly will Chip Kelly fail in the NFL?

Like all coaches, it depends on how bad the players are.
