You really can't. They have both looked equally as impressive as LSU.
ETA: The only thing I can point out is that UNC has played one (1) Top 25 team, whereas Vandy is 5-1 against the Top 25, and LSU is 7-2

which is why if i had a vote i'd have Vandy #1, LSU #2, and then UNC following
