It is different, but fun. At Augusta you don't have cell phones, so it is old school. People listen for roars and watch the manual leaderboard to see what players on other parts of the course are doing.
I wouldn't pay too much to go to a non-major, but the majors are a different deal. Especially the Masters, hence it being one of, if not the hardest ticket in all of sports.

If you have ever played golf you should watch to appreciate in person how much you suck.
Their driver trajectory and distance can only be fully appreciated in person.
