What pain was caused? Can you sue for getting your feelings hurt? Wait, don't answer that last question.
The lack of evidence of physical abuse (red marks, bruises, pain, emotional scars) doesn't excuse someone for committing abuse. It is still abuse.

Hell didn't LSU let Pokey go for "messing" with students. Hell that was "love". What do people think would happen to a guy assaulting their athletes, calling them gay slurs, etc.
