The 4th Amendment also applies to GWs. They are still subject to the warrant requirement.

I know peaople that had their charges dropped b/c of that. They were given a ticket b/c the GW "thought" they were hunting and during the interview they simply stated they were target shooting.

Got a ticket, went to court...beat it.
