We have 1 guy mashing it out the park consistently, not even close to gorilla ball. We wouldn't have 80, much less 188.

But we are only halfway there. Play this thing out...

Easily double the HR's we have right now, that's how much different those bats brought to the game, and you have around 50. Then look at the season as a whole, if we go full house and win it all, we get a 15 games tacked on to the season.

So we might not be around 188 but we would def be around 100

The old bats enabled guys that didn't have power to hit b/w 5-10 a year. Also pitchers would be pitching scared again. Fewer pitchers challenging guys inside, more walks, more hits, at bats etc.
