Well the issue extends itself into other areas. Normally it takes a hard reset for the card to recognize the HDMI, but I had to do that twice today before it kicked on. And that was just going from no power, not sleep mode.

tried different drivers? i think they are releasing new ones tomorrow

Your monitor is connected to the card via HDMI?
