You'd still be ok with 3 cards and the 850w if you didn't OC. 2 cards might be all you need. It might even be a wiser investment to get a 1440p monitor and turn off MSAA on most games.

This is where I am leaning. If I ever go to 3 it will be just for shits and giggles to see what I can do.

Going to look around for a 27" monitor to go with it all. I have a 23.6 now and would like something a little bigger.
