With the 15th pick, the New Orleans Saints select, Jarvis Jones, LB/Georgia
The Saints would have taken Austin if he was available here, but they will happily take Jones. Despite his poor combine resilts, Jones was a very productive player and the leader of a good Georgia defense. The Saints desperately need help on defense and Jones will fit in nicely.

Wirh the 16th selection in the 2013 NFL Draft the Rams select....
Kenny Vaccaro Safety from Texas
Rams have an obvious need at both Safety positions and Vaccaro has pushed himself ahead of the pack. Their is need for playmakers on offense but the value just isnt at WR at 16 with Tavon gone, luckily there is a second pick to take advantage of if the right players are there.

With the 17th Selection the Pittsburgh Steelers select:
Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
The Steelers top targets they hoped would fall to them all evaporated (Jones and Vaccaro, namely). They could be in the market for interior OL, but it's not as pressing of a need as offensive playmakers OR LBs/DBs.
However, there's considerable depth at those positions remaining and no WR that really wouldn't be a reach at this point. So they elect to take Lacy to be a fill-in for the departed Mendenhall. The Steelers currently only have Dwyer signed with a pending agreement for Isaac Redman. Lacy is better than both and fits the big, bruising style preferred in the Pittsburgh offense.

He hasn't signed yet, based on what I last read
quote:
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports the Steelers let free agent Ahmad Bradshaw (foot surgeries) leave without a contract because he's "still lame."

Steelers just signed Bradshaw, doubt they go RB
False. Took a physical, didn't sign.

With the No. 18 overall pick in the TD.com 2013 NFL Draft powered by GayRightsMovement, the Dallas Cowboys select
Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
No explanation really needed. Cowboys just dumped their entire bank account into Tony Romo, so any help on the line is needed. Mr. Jones and I looked at DJ Fluker, but Cooper is among the top-rated guards in the draft.
The Cowboys wanted Kenny Vaccaro to shore up the secondary or Tavon Austin as another weapon for Romo, but both were off the board.

If Bradshaw does sign there, you are probably right.
But I think Bradshaw's health is a disaster. I can't see him doing much more in his career.
