with the 19th pick, the New York Giants, select Bjoern Werner, DE/Florida State
Pass rush has been the mainstay for the Giants during their recent success. Werner will find a need created by the loss of Osi to the Falcons

With the 20th pick the Chicago Bears select:
Alec Ogletree, LB, Georgia
The Bears just fired Lovie Smith, but they have enough of a talent base to compete right way. They spent FA doing some re-tooling on the OL that should help Jay Cutler, Matt Forte, Brandon Marshall and the gang. They could go OL here, but I don't see Fluker fitting Trestman's up tempo, fling-it style.
There's a lot of question marks about Ogletree but none of them are about his considerable talents. Ogletree is a perfect fit for the 4-3, Cover 2 that new DC Mel Tucker will carry over. Scouts rave about his coverage abilities and a 4-3 MLB has to be able to cover that deep middle part of the field. He has character issues, but the talent is too good at this point to pass up.

With the 21st pick in the TD.com NFL Draft brought to you by Verizon Wireless, The Cincinnati Bengals select...
Matt Elam, Safety from The University of Florida.
The Bengals are in serious need at both safety positions. With Matt Elam, they are going to have a slightly undersized yet extremely powerful safety with a good football IQ. He will be a perfect fit in the American Football Conference's Norse division that is primarily a run oriented division.
He also is a perfect fit due to his two criminal charges (Both minor possession of alcohol).

I would have taken Ogletree but I knew that he was gonna be gone, so I got mine ready.

With the 22nd pick in the 2013 NFL Draft the St Louis Rams select.....
Deandre Hopkins WR Clemson
Expecting a run of Wide receivers around this point in the draft, with the Rams diving in head first with Hopkins. Very good route runner that can go up and get the ball and will hopefully find some Amendola esque chemistry with QB Sam Bradford (which needs to show some progression with an improved line protecting him)
The signing of Jake Long steered me away last minute of going OLine added with the depth of the Oline position in this draft

With the 23rd pick in the TigerDroppings draft the Minnesota Vikings select Kevin Minter, LB, THE Louisiana State University
The Vikings have about 2-3 positions of equal need coming into this draft so they decide to go BPA within those positions. Minter gives them that presence in the middle of the field they need after losing Brinkley. Minter is the type of player that can be an immediate impact and a future leader of this defense.
