LSU Baseball Stats (Through 3/24)

These numbers do not include all the amazing additions from tonight because the rankings are not up to date, sorry. But here are the numbers as of 3/24 and National Rankings

Batting Average - Alex Bregman - .422 (21st in Nation)
Walks - Jacboy Jones - 21BB (24th in Nation)
Hits - Alex Bregman - 43 (4th in Nation, Leads SEC)
HR - Mason Katz - 10 (3rd in Nation, Leads SEC)
Runs - Alex Bregman - 26 (30th in Nation)
RBIs - Mason Katz - NATIONAL LEADER - 37 (Before his 4 tonight)
Sluggin Percentage - Mason Katz - .805 (10th in Nation, 2nd in SEC)

Saves - Chris Cotton - 6 (13th in Nation)
K's - Aaron Nola - 45 (26th in Nation)

After tonight... LSU is in the top 20 in the nation in both runs scored per game and runs allowed per game

now hitting .443 which would be good for 10th in the nation depending on what the rest of the players did

Yeah, I wanted to update our stats but then I wouldn't be able to include the National rankings.

His Four hits tonight should tie him for 3rd in the Nation depending on the other guys.

Katz somewhat quietly is now batting .396



Not really that quietly but the attention on Bregs is certainly taking some eyes off of Mason.

Their friday night guy is a lefty, so that lineup is unlikely, although possible. Without messing with 2-6, that would probably be my lineup as well regardless of LHP/RHP.
