I just picked up this CC because it said they'd give me $500 in travel rewards for signing up and spending a bit- I'm using it to buy my ticket to Vegas for a bachelor Party.

The only reason I got the card was for the reward. Also, thought it might replace my old Citi card that's been in rotation. Hate that card.

My only question is who bank rolls this thing? On the front it doesn't seem to have a VISA or MC emblem. Also, anybody have experience using it?

I got the card for the same reason. Though I was able to squeeze an extra $500 out of them as well for a total of $1k for getting a damn CC.

Google s6v offer, it's long over and I think they just have it to me for being a loyal customer.

As far the card, it's cool, metal, with the digits on the back.

you seriously couldn't manage to flip it over and find where it says Visa?

Well, after some phone finagling I got this card this morning. After reading up on the flexibility of the points I decided to try it out. Might wait a few months and get the Chase Freedom to take advantage of those 5% categories and then roll the points into the UR program. Anything else, I think I'll put on the Cap One guaranteeing 2% at all times.

Pretty exciting to know that 40,000 points puts you real close to a free ticket to what looks like South America or Europe on United.
