Badace in the summer, too. Pharmacy, multiple very good eating options, full-sized grocery w/deli/butcher/vino/booze selection that's legit, and all the fun you could handle out of your backdoor within a five minute's drive. Hospital & places of worship easily accessible and <10 minutes away.
Waterfront living is where its at, homey.
Been down here 12 years, and on our second home. We love it but not for everyone and not for people that have to commute to downtown and hate a drive. The plus side is you are only 50 minutes from the quarter...
