Love, I make a few batches every year for Christmas parties. They never last very long.

I like them too---but not the terrible, commercial brick-hard ones nor the too-soft, too-sweet coffeehouse version. From scratch, with plenty of almonds, or the "cantuccia di prado" version with a little cornmeal and rosemary.
