Aluminum boat trailer welding question

So I was at boat show today looking at new shearwaters and noticed on the trailers they had boat buckle tie downs on them just like bass boats. Mine can only use the tie rod brand style which always comes loose while trailering down the road. This is because there is nothing on end of trialer to bolt boat buckle down to. Well somebody has done this now and looks and works so much better.
Anyway is there someone in gonzales who does good welding work like this?

Just about any welder would be able to weld aluminum

Not sure what Clint would charge for something this simple. But I'm sure he'd give you a fair price and guarantee his work.

couldnt you just bolt a tab off your Ibeam?
