I love Pho and am lucky to have one of the best here in DC at Pho 75, but would love to try one from Nola with their strong Vietnamese culture.

Does Nola have anything like the Eden Center we have here, an enormous Vietnamese strip mall.

Am I the only one that prefers seafood pho- scallops, shrimp, crab stick etc. The beef just doesn't do it for me

There is a strip-mall complex on the Westbank in an old Walmart that has several stores and a full on grocery, and there are several other smaller groupings of businesses at other parts of the Westbank and out in NO East as well. I wouldn't say that any of them are as large or seemingly organized as the Eden Center website makes them out to be.

have you tried Pho Tay Ho on Leesburg Pike? The broth is more bold and rich in flavor than Pho 75.
