One of my favorite dishes. Get a baguette on the side to dip in the stew.

I love Pho and am lucky to have one of the best here in DC at Pho 75, but would love to try one from Nola with their strong Vietnamese culture.
Does Nola have anything like the Eden Center we have here, an enormous Vietnamese strip mall.

I'm not the biggest Pho fan either, but Tan Dinh is at a different level.
Kim Ahn's is my go to b/c of proximity. I rarely get the Pho but for the entire meal, you can't beat Tan Dinh. It's the fresh, and they draw the most flavor out of the ingredients.
If you have experienced Tan Dinh, you will know the menu must be changed/consolidated. It's like 6 pages, with roughly 150 items. I had nightmares after my first time. They would be well advised to find a way to simplify it.
Not familiar with Frosty's, where is that?
