Whatever you get, don't get the round one with the small flat bottom. I don't know how to describe it other than it looks like a round bottom pot but has a small flat bottom to sit on a burner. My mother gave me one and I ended up giving it away. You can cook 15 lbs of meat in it, but only brown 10% of it. Get a big flat bottom pot.
