I played a bit this evening on Mindflayer with a Half-Elf Rogue (My longest running character around a real gaming table was a Half-Elf Bard, but close enough). I finished the tutorial and the first level 4 dungeon in Neverwinter.
To say the least. Everything is smooth... nice interface, fluid combat, a development system that is true enough to pen and paper for my tastes. If anyone decides to get a guild together, let me know. I will not be attempting to run this one - finally learned from past mistakes.

i took off work tomorrow to get more involved in this game.
havent been able to play yet. I hear the combat is unique and interesting. That intro video sold me.
and i love a good dungeon crawl.

I think I'm gonna give this a try too when I get back from the honeymoon.

It's open Beta now, right? I'm thinking of getting into it this evening if that is the case.
