At no point was any mention made of Galette playing as a 43 olb.
You're confusing them praising his short area burst with speed. You really don't comprehend very well.

You can't misread an entire article (in this case draft report) and then tell others that they don't comprehend very well. That's just retarded. You've been proven wrong in your "comprehension" of said report by others as well. You're like that dork in high school calling all the jocks nerds. You have your labels all mixed up, yo!

All right dimwit. Here's the entire report. Point out where they're discussing him as a 43 olb.

OVERVIEW
Galette was a productive four-year starter at linebacker and defensive end in college. He transferred from Temple in 2009 to join the Stillman team, and there have been concerns about his character which likely will hinder his overall draft status. Galette is a versatile athlete who could play stand-up outside linebacker in a 3-4 scheme or contribute as a sub-package pass rusher in an even front. Galette is a very good athlete who plays with natural instincts and reactions. He doesn't have great hips or lateral burst, which will cause him to be a liability in man coverage, but he could develop into an adequate zone defender. He lacks strength at the point defending the run or collapsing the pocket as a pass rusher and can get overpowered by offensive tackles. He is an explosive edge rusher who has value on special teams and nickel packages but concerns about past injuries and off-field issues will need to be investigated.
STRENGTHS
Galette possesses the explosive burst off the edge you look for in a 3-4 outside linebacker or situational rush end in a 4-3. He exhibits impressive instincts and was highly-productive during his time in college. Is a high-motor, high-effort guy who plays through the whistle. He has the athleticism to make plays in the backfield.
WEAKNESSES
He is a true 'tweener prospect due to lack of adequate size to be a defensive end or speed at the outside linebacker spot. May not have the strength to effectively defend the run when teams run at him or hold up at the point of attack. Will struggle in man coverage. Has an injury history and character concerns that will cause him to drop.
