Why is Ash always shocked that Gary is ahead of him? I mean frick, he has a damn car and doesn't have to waste a whole day fighting Team Rocket every episode.
And what the hell was Brock doing the whole episode? He just disappeared and the beginning and then reappears at the end and doesn't even ogle Misty's sisters before they leave.

I remember this pissed me off as a kid. He says he has "stuff" to do and just bails.
