1.062 is pretty big for a Pale ale huh? Black IPA came out to 1060 for me.

Technically I am outside the boudaries of pale ale now, based on some overhopping i've done. I'm at 48.1 IBU's, 45 is the limit for pale ales, by style. I wanted it to be around the 5.5-6% range.
