It's not a touch screen really, but a touch pad. Like the back of the Vita. I'm sure it could be used well in some applications. Gives developers something else to use.

Using gestures on the touch pad (i.e. iPad/Win8) would be cool for multi-menu quick access. Think Skyrim (swipe up for skills, right for inventory).
